Handmade from 100% organic natural sheep wool, Mikey Yellow features a contemporary design crafted using the nuno-felt technique — a unique blend of traditional wet felting and needle felting applied to flat-woven kilim rugs. Produced in small batches by skilled women artisans in southwest Turkey, these eco-modern rugs are thick, durable, and naturally stain-resistant.

The distinctive hand treatment used during production makes each rug unique, with slight variations and natural imperfections adding to its original charm.

Standard Sizes:

• 80 x 130 cm (2’6” x 4’2”)

• 120 x 180 cm (4’ x 6’)

• 150 x 220 cm (5’ x 7’)

• 170 x 240 cm (5’7” x 7’9”)

Larger sizes available with seaming. Custom sizes and runners available upon request. Size tolerance ±10%. Only non-toxic dyes are used.

Care Instructions:

• Remove stains promptly by pressing with a clean cloth.

• Vacuum without brush to remove dust.

• Hand wash recommended; machine washable on gentle cycle with mild wool detergent (max 400 rpm).

• Gently squeeze excess water, reshape the rug carefully, and hang to dry away from direct heat.

Removing Fold Marks:

Upon delivery, unfold your rug and let it settle naturally. Allow it to lay flat for several weeks to release fold tension.
